Treatment of unwanted hair is a relatively easy procedure, requiring multiple treatments and designated intervals. At Skinnicity we utilize the Palomar ICON device that can be effectively used to treat all skin types and both dark and some lighter shades of brown / dark blond hair. All laser hair removal procedures require pigment within the hair follicle, so unfortunately treatment does not effective treat light blond or white hair. Topical numbing cream is generally utilized for comfort on small surface areas, such as face or bikini areas.
